Areas of Focus
Therapy for High-Functioning Anxiety:
You are a planner. You always try to be prepared early and over-prepared if you can. People praise you for looking like you have it all figured out. They see the outcome they don’t see the stress, restlessness, overthinking and worry underneath. You’ve been anxious for so long it feels normal, like maybe this is just your personality. The truth is you never really rest and your nervous system is always on. The cracks in your world show in your relationships where these aren’t so easy to control. Maybe you can come off rigid. It’s your way or the highway or maybe you people please, or both. If you’re being honest, you might even be controlling over yourself which makes less room for God to be in his rightful position. You don’t really trust anyone but you. Living like this is costing you more than you know. This is one of the most common presentations in this practice.
Therapy for Low-Grade, Chronic Depression:
It doesn’t look like what people expect depression to look like. You get up. You go. You get it done. But there is a flatness, a disconnection, a quiet grief that has been your companion for a long time. We name it. We trace it. And we work to change it.
Therapy for Childhood Wounds in Adult Clothing:
What happened in your family of origin, even the things that were never discussed, shaped you. The attachment patterns, the survival strategies, the stories you learned to tell yourself. Those patterns don’t disappear; they migrate. Part of the work here is seeing them clearly enough to make sure you are not blindly controlled by your history.
Therapy for Marriage and Relationship Patterns:
The dynamics playing out in your marriage or relationship did not begin with your partner. There are things you bring into every relationship you are in and they are yours. Where did those things come from? When you are triggered do you actually know why that bothers you so much. When there’s an argument are you the one making it better or worst? Understanding the things you bring into your relationship takes honesty and sometimes making connections to things you didn’t think mattered. There is a lot you don’t talk to anyone about. This is where you can talk about it. Here you can do Individual therapy to figure out your side.
Therapy for Stress-Related Physical Symptoms:
If your body has started to speak through inflammation, autoimmune conditions, weight changes, chronic fatigue, or other physical signals, it is time to slow down and listen. We can explore the emotional component of your physical aliments because the mind and body are not separate systems. How you feel emotionally is showing up in how you feel physically.
Learning Boundaries:
You’re a giver and you have a big heart. You treat others how you want to be treated but no one treats you as well as you treat them. You say you’ll help for a hour and it turns into 5 hours. You overshare personal information and then regret it. You are kind and nice but for some reason you attract selfish friends, demanding bosses and partners who take take take. You’re stuck in a cycle of feeling overused by people followed by shutting down and avoiding people. This is happening because you are an open book, over-helping, over-sharing and always saying yes. It’s exhausting, sad and lonely. The truth is you need to work on self-control, people-pleasing and boundaries. In therapy you can learn what healthy boundaries look like at work, with your children, with your spouse and with yourself.
Here you have the opportunity to get private, confidential therapy that can be focused on any topic without the concern of your most intimate emotions ending up in a medical or an insurance chart.
This practice specializes in individual therapy for Christian adults, conducted entirely online, from a biological-psychological-social-faith framework. That means sessions address the whole person: your history, your relationships, your body, patterns of thoughts, emotions and behavior, and your spiritual identity.
The modality is relational and integrative. We move at your pace. The process is collaborative, customized and completely. Confidential.
Rooted in clinical excellence, guided by faith, and built around you.
Meet Your Therapist
A little about me… I received my Master's degree in Clinical Social Work with a concentration in mental health from the University of Southern California (USC). I have spent my career working with clients who carry more than they show. My goal is to help my clients become more loyal to their wellness than to their pain and history.
My approach is evidenced base, relational and collaborative. I work through a biological-psychological-social-spiritual lens, which means I hold space for all of you: your history, your body, your relationships, your faith, and your daily lived experience. I use diagnosis when needed only to help my clients understand their situation and the solutions available to them. I do not push taking on diagnosis as confirmation of brokenness or as a part of your identity.
To ensure our time is effective, I use evidenced based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivation Interviewing, mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy. And because most people want to know WHY they do what they do, I incorporate simple neuroscience explanations so you can understand and hack your brain and biology.
I am a Christian-Affirming therapist. I do not push faith. I do affirm clients with Christian identity who want that part of them acknowledged in the therapeutic process.
I’ve chosen to exclusively accept private pay to have the freedom to offer truly confidential and customized care.
I am ready to partner with you. You don't have to have all the words to get started. Wherever you are in the process, I will meet you there and we can work towards your goals.

A few things you should know before booking:
-
Sessions here do not follow a rigid script. You are not going to sit across from someone filling out a form, moving you through a protocol, and watching the clock.
What you will find is a space where you can be honest. Where we can look together at what’s real. The clinical framework I use is evidence-based, which means what I offer is grounded in what actually helps people. But the way it shows up in conversation is human, warm, and tailored to you.
We will talk about your childhood, not to blame, but to understand. We will talk about your relationships, including the ones that shaped you and hurt you. We will talk about your body and what it might be telling you about your nervous system and your stress. We will talk about your faith, if you want to, and how your spiritual identity shapes your experience of the world.
And on some days we will just sit with whatever is most present for you that week because healing is not always linear, and some sessions exist simply to process, breathe, and be witnessed.
Sessions are 30 minutes to 75 minutes, at the same flat rate, because your life is full and your processing should not feel rushed. -
This practice offers mental health therapy and counseling. I am a licensed mental health therapist. I am not a Christian counselor, meaning I did not go to a Christian counseling school. I was trained in a university that prepared me to do mental, emotional and behavioral therapy while taking faith into consideration.
You do not have to be Christian to receive excellent care here. But this practice is Christ-centered in its values. I am a devout follower of the Biblical Jesus Christ, a woman of faith, and that faith shapes my belief in your worth, your capacity to heal, and the possibility of transformation. I love to help Christian client’s tap into their greatest resource which is their identity in Christ.
If you are a follower of Christ who wants a therapist who understands your faith and can also assess and treat mental health conditions you can get that here. You do not have to choose between clinical quality and a therapist who shares your foundation. In session, when necessary and with your permission I may ask you whether you have prayed about a specific issue or decision. I may point you to scripture where God has already answered one of your questions. I will encourage you to align with the will of God, not the world.
If you are not interested in faith-based counseling please share that (I will ask). In that event, we do not have to discuss faith. I will respect you and your beliefs. It is important to note that I do not engage in deeply discussing other faiths, religions or spiritual practices. If you want someone who is open to discussing those things I would not be the best therapist for you.
If you are questioning your Christian faith, curious about The Biblical Jesus or the Biblical Christian walk you are welcome to come here and talk about your doubts, opposing thoughts, church hurt and issues with tradition here. To be completely transparent, I will point you back to Jesus. Not tradition, religion or church - Jesus.
